This website is the home for Compassion Rose – a place where you will ultimately be able to record and update your responses to the Life Conversation Tool to share with the important people in your life.
The Life Conversation Tool was developed by Diane Laverty for her capstone project for her Master of Arts in Communications & Technology. This tool was designed and developed to facilitate the difficult conversations that are necessary for planning care needs for people with chronic, long-term, life-limiting illness such as COPD or chronic heart failure.
